CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel: Refund requests, minus a $30 service fee, will be accepted until October 2, 2017. After October 2, 2017 refunds will not be granted, however, substitutions will be allowed up to the conference date. To request a refund or substitution, please email conferences@dce.ufl.edu.

*IAA and Non-IAA Member Registration includes conference materials, admission to all sessions, lunch from Monday-Wednesday, and the Reception. 

**Student Registration includes conference materials, admission to all sessions, and lunch from Monday-Wednesday. The Reception is not included and must be purchased separately when registering online. 

***Accompanying persons Registration fee only includes admission to the conference opening ceremony and the Reception. No other conference meals are included. 

 

 

 

EFT Policy: A US$30 fee will be applied to all registration fees paid by Electronic Funds Transfer. If you will be paying by EFT, please contact the UF Conference Department. This does not apply to credit or debit card payments.
