The annual Education Day event is unique from all of the other events SGMP holds because of the opportunity to provide education to all of the University of Florida meeting planners as well as SGMP members.  Last year the UF Conference Department held a Meeting Planner Workshop and had over 115 registered attendees.  By combining SGMP membership and the University of Florida, we should be able to reach over 150 planners at this event.

Exhibitor Opportunities:

Table with two chairs for organizational display - $300

We ask that all vendors provide give-away items that will be raffled during the course of the day.  In addition, we would like all sponsors and exhibitors to provide a 10-15 sec commercial that will be read during the give-away opportunities.
