Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation refunds will be issued only when a written cancellation is received via email to registration@dce.ufl.edu. The deadline for cancellations is April 30, 2015. Only registration fees are refundable and not any of the ticketed items. A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted. All refunds will be issued via the payment method originally used.
After May 1st, no refunds will be given. SPNHC, the Florida Museum of Natural History, and the UF Conference Department are not responsible for cancellations that were not received in writing.
Bank Wire Policy: A US$30 fee will be applied to all registration fees paid by Bank Wire. If you will be paying by Bank Wire, please contact the UF Conference Department. This does not apply to credit or debit card payments.
