Bank Wire Policy: A US$30 fee will be applied to all registration fees paid by Bank Wire. If you will be paying by Bank Wire, please contact the UF Conference Department.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be received in writing via mail, fax or email by September 4th 2014 in order to receive a refund. Registration fees less $15 will be refunded upon receipt of written request. Refund requests made after that time will not be honored and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
