Poster Session:

The Poster Session will be held Monday, April 13th from 11:30am-12:15pm at the UF Hilton Conference Center in the Ballroom Foyer. Poster boards and push pins to hang your posters will be provided.

Poster Setup:
Monday, April 13th from 8:45am-9:45am

Poster Teardown:
Monday, April 13th by 3:30pm. Posters will be discarded if not removed from the boards by 3:30pm.  

Each poster board has a hanging area of 4’10”H x 5’10”W. Please make sure that your poster does not exceed these measurements.
