Symposium Access

The registration fee grants one (1) individual access to all symposium sessions.  A registered participant may not split his or her access to another individual for any duration of the event.


Should the registered participant be unable to attend the symposium, the registration fee may b etransferred to one (1) individual within the same organization by notifying the symposium coordinator at Please include the name and email address of the person replacing you.


Greater than 14 Days:Registrations cancelled more than 14 calendar days from the program start date will be granted a refund, less a $5 cancellation fee.

Within14 days: Registrations cancelled within 14 calendar days from the program start date will forfeit 100% of the registration fee.

No Shows:Participants who fail to attend the symposium will forfeit 100% of the registration fee. No transfers or exceptions will be accepted. Those who did not pay in advance will be billed for the registration fee and payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice.

Special Requests

Requests for exceptions (family/work emergency, natural disaster, travel warning, etc.) may be made via e-mail prior to the first day of the event to the AETC office. Once event has begun there are no refunds. AETC reserves the right to cancel/postpone the conference during natural disasters/calamities. In this case, the AETC will provide opportunity for the registered participants to transfer their registration fee to any future/related AETC events.

Receipt of Payment

All registrations must be paid in full within 14 days from the start of the program, unless you have indicated that your registration is to be paid via employer Purchase Order (PO) or check.

Bank Wire Policy: A US$30 fee will be applied to all registration fees paid by Bank Wire. If you will be paying by Bank Wire, please contact the UF Conference Department. This does not apply to credit or debit card payments.
