Abstracts for Poster Presentations

Abstract Submission Deadline - January 18, 2013

  1. Abstracts must focus on scientific results or their application. The Organizing Committee may decline to consider abstracts with other focus.
  2. Submission of an abstract grants the Organizing Committee permission to publish the abstract.
  3. At least 1 author must be registered and physically present at the Summit.
  4. Decisions regarding placement of individual posters rests with the Organizing Committee. The title and body of the abstract is limited to 500 words (~1 page in 10 pt font)
  5. Posters will be available for view throughout the Summit. They are to be put up on the morning of the 13th and removed on the afternoon of the 14th. At least one abstract author must be present at the poster for at least 1 hour of the reception on the 13th. Further details on the placement of the posters will be provided at registration.
  6. Each presenter will be provided with a 4-foot-high by 6-foot-wide poster board. Push pins will be provided.
  7. Poster content must covert the material as cited in the abstract.
  8. Place the title of your paper and your paper number prominently at the top of the poster board to allow viewers to identify your paper. Indicate 1) the abstract’s presentation number, 2) title, and 3) authors’ names.
