CANCELLATION POLICY: Delegates who cancel their registration more than 60 days before the start of the meeting and do not have a paper published will receive a complete refund minus a $25 administration charge. Delegates who cancel their registration less than 60 days before the conference and do not have a paper published will receive a complete refund minus $50 administration fees. Fees remain payable in full once the paper has been published, even if the delegate is unable to attend or send a representative. We strongly advise that if you need a visa to attend this conference you apply as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. Please notice that we will endeavor to assist you in obtaining a visa but the responsibility is yours and the decision rests solely with the appropriate authorities.
Fee includes electronic copy of the papers presented at the conference, other documentation and refreshments
EFT Policy: A US$30 fee will be applied to all registration fees paid by Electronic Funds Transfer. If you will be paying by EFT, please contact the UF Conference Department. This does not apply to credit or debit card payments.
