Use the following guidlines for your Paper Presentation:

-Please use PowerPoint as presentation software

-Total time of presentation will be 15 minutes, including questions

-Suggested time of talk should be 12 minutes

-Punctuality with talk schedule will be strictly enforced

-Use text sparingly

-Include a “take-home” message on figures

-Avoid looping videos that distract attention

-Do not crowd slides

-Do not include anything on the slide that you don’t want the audience to look at

-One week prior to the conference, you will be asked to submit your slides

-Please bring an external (e.g. USB) copy of your presentation, with all videos in containing folder
