5th Annual Meeting Planner Workshop

You are invited to the 5th Annual Meeting Planning Workshop that will be held Thursday, October 10th, 2019 at the University of Florida Hilton Conference Center hosted by the University of Florida Conference Department. This is an opportunity for planners and suppliers to come together for a day of education and networking. As a vendor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continued success of this annual event. 

 
There are a few different options to allow your company to be a vendor at the Meeting Planner Workshop during this event, allowing you to market your organization throughout. The various types of vendor support will be applied to allow complimentary event attendance for participants, educational sessions, meaningful networking opportunities, and the ability to connect with over 100 meeting planners by showcasing your business’ services and products.   
 
Vendors will receive multiple opportunities for branding and recognition, including print materials, signage, and your logo/company name prominently displayed on the website.
 
Vendor Levels:
 
- $300 Vendor Table (**1 6ft table with 2 chairs and power in vendor room for registration, morning and afternoon breaks, and during lunch for prime attendee networking)
- $75 Breakfast Table (**Breakfast table option is where company's have the oppurtunity to purchase a table in the general session room for $75 for the morning breakfast to put out any marketing collateral and materials and invite planners to attend breakfast to have more one-on-one networking)
- Giveaway Item for Raffle
- Custom Sponsorship Level

Please note that vendor tables will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and the conference planning team will work with you on requests. It is also encouraged that each vendor to provide a giveaway or raffle item in each vendor table purchase that will be raffled off at the end of the workshop for attendees.
