Swag bag insertion: $350
We will insert your swag, brochure or information packet in every attendee’s swag bag. Materials should be no larger than 8.5 x 11 inches and no more than 0.25 inch thick. If you have multiple printed pieces, they should be packaged together (stapled or in a large envelope).
Additional six-foot exhibit table: $750

Cancellation Policy: Unless specified otherwise, a request for refund must be received in writing on or before APRIL 7, 2023 . Please see the Aquatic Weed Control Short Course webpage at http://sfyl.ifas.ufl.edu/aquatic-weed-short-course/ for more information. Refund requests can be sent by mail, e-mail or fax to the addresses or number indicated on this page. A $50.00 processing fee will be deducted from all Short Course refunds if you cancel within two weeks of registering and a $100 processing fee will be deducted after the two weeks. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after April 7, 2023. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a course or event when circumstances warrant, including insufficient registrations. In the event of cancellation or postponement, each registrant will be notified by telephone and/or by written notification and will be issued a full refund. The University of Florida is not responsible for any other related expenses.
