Once on the reservations page, select the Service Detail "RESILIENT HEALTH AIRPORT"

Steps are as follows: 

  1. Enter Pickup Date
  2. Enter Pickup Time
    1. (if you are landing in Jacksonville you will make this your landing time - we track the incoming flights) 
    2. If this is to book the return trip they need to select the time they would like to leave from the hotel. It is an 1 Hour & 10 Min drive without traffic, I would suggest everyone leave at least 3 Hours before takeoff: I.E: Flight Departs @ 6:50 AM Vehicle should pick you up no later than 3:50 AM to arrive by 5:00 AM @ JAX International
  3. Enter Total Number of passengers
  4. Enter Total Number of Luggage items
    1. These will be set for certain cars, for example: if someone selects 5 passengers they will only be shown SUVs & Vans because the group is too large for the Sedan option.
  5. IGNORE THE HOURS PART YOU DO NOT NEED TO TOUCH THAT
  6. Enter the Pickup Address which based on conversation should be : Jacksonville International Airport, 2400 Yankee Clipper Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32218, USA
  7. Enter the Drop off Address which based on conversation should be : Embassy Suites by Hilton St Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort, 300 A1A Beach Blvd, St. Augustine, FL 32080, USA
  8. Click Check Pricing
    1. Multiple Vehicle Options will appear depending on the size of the party
  9. Once a Vehicle is Selected, it will go to the next screen - this screen is the main page for customers. On the left hand side they will be able to enter the promo code Your Event Code is : RESILIENT20  and hit apply and the special pricing will take effect.
  10. Enter lead passenger details, and any special notes that are needed, and then credit card information. They will receive an instant confirmation, and credit card receipt. 
  11. They also are able to call our office and speak to any of my team. They are aware of the specials and we would be able to do everything over the phone as well.
