Bank Wire Policy: A US$30 fee will be applied to all registration fees paid by Bank Wire. If you will be paying by Bank Wire, please contact the UF Conference Department.

Refunds

The Symposium refund policy allows for a refund by the University of Florida Conference Department. To process your refund with no penalty, we require a written request prior to December 20th, 2023. Any refund requested after December 20th, 2023 will be reduced by a $100.00 administrative fee. A written request must be received to issue a refund. Requests may be emailed to conferences@m ail.ufl.edu, or mailed to University of Florida Conference Department, 3900 SW 63rd Blvd., Gainesville, FL 32608
