Registration Fees
	$30.00	Musical Theatre Application Fee
	$30.00	Acting Audition Application Fee

Bank Wire Policy: A US$30 fee will be applied to all registration fees paid by Bank Wire. If you will be paying by Bank Wire, please contact the UF Conference Department.

After you have paid your application fee, please make sure you go back to the Google Form and click “SUBMIT” to complete the application process.

Please use the student's name on the next page of the registration form. Payor information will be requested after clicking "submit".

Students who are submitting audition material for both Musical Theatre and Acting need only pay the $30 fee once. See instructions at the end of the digital prescreen application form for info on how to bypass the fee with your 2^nd application.

Application fee is non-refundable. Please contact UFMTAudition@arts.ufl.edu for any questions.
