Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology

If the minimum class size is not reached 30 days prior to the course,  you will be notified of the course cancellation and obtain a full refund or have the option to choose another course date.  If you are flying to attend the course, we recommend booking your flight after our deadline for cancellation (30 days before the course) has elapsed.

Cancellation Policy: Written refund requests must be received 30 days prior to the course. A $250 processing fee will be deducted from refund requests. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the course. Substitutions are allowed with advance notice. In the event of postponement or cancelation, a full registration refund will be given. The University of Florida is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such a cancellation. If the University of Florida cancels this event, you will be contacted at the email address.

Bank Wire Policy: A US$30 fee will be applied to all registration fees paid by Bank Wire. If you will be paying by Bank Wire, please contact the UF Conference Department. This does not apply to credit or debit card payments.
