8th World Melioidosis Congress

We encourage you to submit an abstract to the 8th World Melioidosis Congress 2016.

The deadline to submit abstracts is April 30, 2016, local time. You will be notified at the beginning of June if you have been selected to present at the conference.  

When submitting your abstract you will be asked to select from one of the following categories: 

• Epidemiology
• Clinical aspects
• Diagnosis
• Omics (e.g. genetics, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics)
• Veterinary aspects
• Pathogenesis
• Immunology
• Vaccine and therapeutics
• Molecular Biology
• Environmental Aspects

Abstract format: Your abstract must be formatted according to the abstract template.  Click here or on the Abstract template tab located on the left side of this website.  

File name: Your abstract file needs to be named accordingly "Last Name, First Initial"

File formats accepted: .doc, .docx

Submission Instructions: To submit an abstract you will need to register and set up an account on abstractr.dce.ufl.edu. Once you have set up an account, click on the 8th World Melioidosis Congress under currently active conferences.
